Tony Carr is a London‑based one liner comedian whose sharp, observational style is shaped by a lifetime of real‑world experience.

Starting stand‑up later in life, Tony brings a mature perspective to the stage, turning the challenges and humour of growing older into confident, relatable comedy.

Tony has survived gong shows at The Comedy Store, Up The Creek and Big Belly Comedy Club more than once.

Originally from Newcastle and now retired from a successful career in IT consultancy, Tony’s background gives him a grounded, authentic voice.

His material sits comfortably on the edge without crossing the line, offering audiences a blend of cheeky humour, sharp observations, and a warm, engaging stage presence.

Influenced by the edginess of Jimmy Carr and the precision of Gary Delaney, Tony continues to develop his craft, bringing fresh energy and professionalism to every performance.
